Am I eligible for this TCM Professional Liability Insurance?

You must be a practitioner of acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Additionally, you need an active annual membership with TCMAC to access the exclusive insurance quote link.

What are the professional liability insurance rates and coverage?

All plans fully meet CTCMPAO requirements with a default $2M coverage limit.

  • > 3 years experience: Starts at $262

  • < 3 years experience: Starts at $330 (Note: RMT & Clinic CGL aren’t included yet. For detailed plans, you will connect with the broker directly after accessing the link.)

What is the membership fee and how do I pay?

The active annual membership is $150/year.

  • New Members: We will send you an invoice within a week after you register.

  • Renewing Members: Please send a $150 E-transfer to info@tcmac.ca. (Remember to include your full name/email in the transfer notes or email us directly).

How do NEW members apply and get the insurance link?

  • Register online at tcmac.ca/register/

  • Important: Email info@tcmac.ca to notify us of your registration (this prevents your application from getting lost in spam).

  • We will send you an invoice. Once paid, we will approve your account so you can log in and access the link.

How do RENEWING members reactivate their account?

  • Send your $150 E-transfer to info@tcmac.ca.

  • Once we process your payment, we will send your receipt within a week.

  • Your account will be reactivated, allowing you to log in and access the insurance link.

How long does the verification process take?

After you submit your registration or E-transfer, please allow up to one week for us to process your invoice or receipt. Once completed, your onboarding package will be ready, and your account will be activated to access the broker’s platform.
