James graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. He articled in Saskatchewan and practiced for some time as an associate doing family, civil, and estates work. For a time, he worked as a special prosecutor for the federal government in Northern Saskatchewan.

Rosalie Freidlan

CPA, CA (US And Canada)

Rosalie Freidlin is a CPA, CA and Licensed Public Accountant in Ontario and CPA (Illinois). She has 40 years of experience, including 38 years in private practice in the U.S. offering accounting services to small businesses, audit and assurance services and tax preparation and tax planning services. She has much experience with regard to cross border taxation in the preparation of U.S. individual income tax returns, U.S. nonresident income tax returns, U.S. partnership returns and U.S. domestic and foreign corporation returns. She is a member of the AICPA, AICPA Peer Review Program and CPA Ontario.

COLIN LIN

CPA, CGA

Colin Lin, CPA, CGA is an experienced financial professional with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry. As a member of the Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario, he is genuinely committed to the personal and financial success of his clients. He provides expertise in advancing business systems, processes, financial accounting, analysis, and reporting. He also assists clients with tax filing, compliance, and planning. Colin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics and completed the advanced learning program with Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario. 

Vanessa Foteu

Director

Vanessa (R. Ac, R. TCMP, RHN) has always been interested in the health care field even at a young age, but it wasn’t until she faced her own significant health challenges in her early college years that she began to focus her studies and education towards wellness and holistic healing.

Vanessa enrolled in the John and Jenny Traditional Chinese Medicine College (JJTCMC), whereupon her graduation was presented with the Most Outstanding Student of the Year Award. In 2019, Vanessa can now practice as a fully licensed and Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. Ac and R. TCMP). Vanessa also manages to find time to teach Acupuncture at JJTCMC where she has become a tutor and mentor to many students. In the summer of 2019, she continued to expand her skills by completing a Cosmetic Acupuncture Certification and Level I Reiki training program.

Kathy (Bo) Feng

Advisor

Prior to coming to Canada, Kathy graduated with a degree in pharmacy from the Capital Medical University in Beijing, China, and continued her studies at the University of Toronto, studying TCM and gaining her TCM licenses. She is an R.Ac (Registered Acupuncturist) and an R.TCMP (Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner).
Kathy co-founded Qi Herbs and Acupuncture Treatment Center is a member of the Canada Traditional Chinese College and a lecturer at the John & Jenny Traditional Chinese Medicine College.
Kathy studied and worked with renowned doctors in the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for years.
Other experience includes hands-on practice with Master TCM doctors in China and worldwide, as well as participating in the design of clinical trials with University of Toronto professors on nutritional science and other chronic conditions.

Patricia Chen

Director

Patricia Chen is passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and believes it is her responsibility to share its core values, its meaning, its benefits, and her experiences with everyone.

She inherited TCM knowledge from a renowned Chinese doctor, Yong Nian Liu in Nanjing, China. She was also taught by an Herbal Master, Kuo Ping Chan in Hong Kong, who showed her the traditional ways of venturing to the mountains to search for and collect herbs. Patricia joined CCTCM in teaching TCM in 2018. Due to her passion for TCM, she is willing to devote time and effort to advocate and promote this field. She hopes the philosophy and the practice of TCM will be recognized and used by those in need.

Pierre Chen

Director

Pierre is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and Registered Acupuncturist (R,Ac). Pierre is the Director of Admissions in Canadian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is also expert member on ISO 249 and ISO 215.

LUCIAN DING-BON YU

Director

Lucian Yu had begun his studies into Chinese medicine from a young age. Growing up, his various health issues were always treated with Chinese medicine. After years of his exposure, his interest only grew. Due to his lucky encounters, he was able to study under various masters in acupuncture, tieda, herbology, and Qi Gong. Lucian holds a Diploma of TCM Practitioner from Canada, as well as a Degree in Education and Degree in Fine Arts from York University., and is registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) in Ontario.
